I got my phone loop last week, it pretty much confirmed what I was worried about when I first opened it. The strap felt kind of thin right away, and I remember thinking it probably wasn’t going to hold up very long.

Sure enough, after just a couple days, the sticky part started lifting. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, just regular everyday use, so it was frustrating but not exactly surprising.

For the price, I really expected better. It looks cute in photos, which is what convinced me to try it, but in person it feels cheap. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was trying to use the site and got confused almost right away. At first I thought I was just missing something, then after clicking around for what felt like forever, I still couldn’t find what I needed. I’m not even sure if I spent 10 minutes or half an hour on it, but it felt way too long. Eventually I just gave up.

The box arrived all crushed up, which was really disappointing. I mean, I know stuff gets tossed around during shipping sometimes, but still... when it shows up looking like that, it kind of makes you worry about what’s inside too. Not happy with the packaging at all.

I tried to return my order, but the replies were really slow. I was already in a frustrated mood that day, and the whole back-and-forth just made it more annoying. It still hasn’t been sorted out, which is disappointing.

I bought this as a gift, but it looked cheaper than I expected?? The person I gave it to didn’t seem to like it much, so it was a bit of a letdown

I was a little hesitant because I usually stick with my usual brand for phone accessories, but this loop has been working well. It sticks on securely, and my phone still charges wirelessly most of the time. I did have to adjust the placement a bit at first to get it right, but once I moved it, it’s been fine

I couldn’t get this installed right. The whole setup was annoying, and the instructions didn’t really clear anything up. It felt like every time I thought I had the next step figured out, there was some new little detail that made it feel like the goalposts moved again. Frustrating experience overall.

That said, I do feel a little misled because I expected it to be more comfortable right away based on how it was described. The edges were a bit stiff at first, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still not quite what I thought I was getting. I haven’t used it long enough to know how it’ll hold up over time, so I’m taking off one star for now

I asked for a refund it was a bit annoying having to wait two days for it. I was starting to wonder what was going on, which is never fun when it’s your money. But to be fair, they did send it back in the end and there wasn’t any extra hassle or drama.
